Frequently asked questions

Who is Talpyn for?

For school students learning mathematics – roughly ages 9 to 16 – and for parents who want to see real understanding, not just homework done. The course is organised by concepts and mastery rather than by school year, so students start where they actually are.

How is payment handled?

International checkout is not open on this page yet – these are the plans and what they will cost. When it opens, subscriptions will be sold through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle will handle checkout, applicable taxes and billing security, and the charge will appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* (the exact descriptor may carry a country suffix or reference number). You will be able to cancel at any time.

Does Talpyn show ads or sell data?

No. Talpyn is funded by subscriptions only. We show no advertising, we do not sell personal data, and we collect the minimum needed to run the course – see our Privacy Policy.

What about children's privacy?

Accounts for children under 14 require verifiable parental consent, and the child's data is limited to what the course needs: a name or username and learning progress. No child photos, no location, no social profiles.

For how Talpyn teaches – mastery tracked concept by concept, interactive theory, practice that adapts – see Method.
